Carefully read our service and product return policy, always call before sending the non-functioning and / or mismatched product.

All products marketed by fratelliditalia.org are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by a 14-day warranty (14-day return), pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or the DDT / Sales Note) that he will receive together with the purchased goods. We do not give the guarantee on the purchase of used goods, the "liked and purchased" rule applies to them.


1. The costs related to the return of the product will be borne by fratelliditalia.org if the product is defective, otherwise they will be borne by the customer.

2. In the event that, for any reason, fratelliditalia.org is unable to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the Customer's consent, to replace the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another one of equal characteristics and value or, finally, the issue of a discount coupon of the same amount that can be spent on another product valid for 12 months from the time of issue.

3. No damage can be requested from fratelliditalia.org for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.


4. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ..); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.

 

5. Here's how to return the package for warranty:
-Send the package by post or courier (postal shipping is recommended, any is fine as long as with insurance, average value € 9.60) to PANTART VIA ALCIDE DE GASPERI, 135 CAP 80059 TORRE DEL GRECO (NA)

- To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided.

-Insert the sales note / invoice / receipt in the package
- Include a written note in the package of the product defect and the telephone number for any clarifications
- Insert a note in the package with the address where to return the product
